famously you squeeze me began as a ritual of sequenced improvisational writing and dancing. As a performance, this work became a body revolving around it’s own axis attempting to mediate shame and pleasure. A blow-up mattress on stage serves as an island, a boxing ring, a place for sex with strangers, and a useless piece of plastic.
